We are committed to providing you with the tools necessary to achieve your professional goals and we understand that communicating your credentials in an ever-expanding online marketplace can be challenging. That is why we have partnered with Credly to provide you with a digital version of your credentials. Digital badges can be used in email signatures or digital resumes, and on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This digital image contains verified metadata that describes your qualifications and the process required to earn them.
Beginning May 1st, 2024 current Certified Trainers will be eligible to obtain a TWI Institute Certified Trainer digital badge for past course completion for a fee.
Also beginning May 1st, 2024, TWI Institute Certified Trainers who provide the 10-hour Skills Building course within their company will be able to issue badges to their trainees for a fee of $50 per digital badge. The digital badge will also include a printable certificate.
Beginning January 1st, 2027 all Certified Trainers will be required to obtain digital badges following course completion in order to purchase training materials. These guidelines will followed for certification and re-certification:
1. Currently active TWI Institute Certified Trainers will be issued a digital badge after completing and meeting the criteria of the Survey*.
2. If a TWI Certified Trainer does not meet the criteria of the Survey*, then they must follow these requirements before being issued a digital badge:
3. After January 1st, 2027 digital badges will expire after 3 years and the above criteria in 1 and 2 will be followed for re-issuing badges for a fee.
*Survey Criteria: A minimum of 3 classes taught over 3 years. If not, move to Step 2, to include Description of the effect of their TWI training, Description of future training plans.
