In an article in Quality magazine, operational efficiency expert Don Goolsby writes that quality organizations that lack problem solving (PS) and continuous improvement (CI) teams will suffer higher scrap rates, decreased customer satisfaction and increased risk. Goolsby identified several challenges for quality managers.
