Kata Foundations and Simulation is a one-day training program and learning experience for supervisors and teams. It melds Kata process and principles with realistic, hands-on simulation. An eye-opening view into the workings and importance of Kata, the simulation serves as an authentic foundation for teams in a variety of industries and organizational roles. Also, the program provides a platform to demonstrate the integration of TWI training and, with it, an elegant and effective way to overcome obstacles in lean, continuous improvement, operational excellence and talent development initiatives. Kata Foundations and Simulation is an ideal program for those who are new to Kata or exploring the benefits of Kata and TWI.
Our end-to-end programming assures adoption and continuation of the benefits of Foundational Kata and Simulation. Your TWI Institute coach will meet with management, managers, trainers, supervisors and team leaders to observe your implementation. Your coach will gauge progress, identify problems, suggest solutions and help realign goals.
