The Tina Problem (Spanish/Mexican)

Used in Session Two of the Job Relations course, this problem brings out the necessity of getting the facts and the importance of remembering that opinions and feelings must be considered the same as facts. The problem gives some hints on the way to get personal facts and points out the special importance of handling confidential material properly.
