Used in Session Three of the Job Relations course, this problem is a situation which ended in poor results and brings out the necessity of using all the facts and weighing them carefully before making a final decision. This problem shows how a poor decision was reached because the supervisor first did not properly evaluate the facts which he had, and second, because he did not have the whole story.
