Job Relations Trainer Development in Hilton Head, SC (October 2026)

Description

Facilitated by a Certified Master Trainer, the TWI Job Relations 40-hour Trainer Development course creates ability to deliver the Job Relations 10-hour program in the well-established TWI Train-the-Trainer format. The program is standardized following the Job Relations Training Delivery Manual to ensure consistency of content, but flexible enough to foster a positive and supportive learning environment for each participant. Class sizes are kept small (4-6) to allow substantial one-on-one interaction with the Master Trainer. Upon completion, you will be able to confidently and skillfully deliver the Job Relations 10-hour course. This course includes access to the Job Relations scenario videos.
