Standardized Work Trainer Development

Standardized Work (SW) arms your management, supervisors and workforce with the mentality and methods to continually improve. SW is not a pack of standard operating procedures; it’s the control system that unifies and synchronizes all of the TWI work improvements for the lowest-cost, best quality and safest conditions possible.

What We Will Cover

Our Standardized Work Trainer Development course will help your leaders and managers identify variances in processes, eliminate ambiguities, implement improvements and solve problems. This course will unify your teams and help foster confidence in their influence — both in on-the-job improvement and on overall organizational results.

This course also covers the essential concepts of the Job Methods (JM) course. JM refers to a proven and reliable system for getting the most from manpower, machines and materials you have on hand by training your people how to break down jobs into their constituent components, questioning each detail in a systematic manner to generate ideas for improvement.

Upon completion of the SW course, all clients will also come away with a JM certification.

We execute worker and workplace certifications, including TWI Certification (student and trainer), Kata Certification (student and trainer), and Train-the-Trainer Certification.
