Since 2016 we provide the TWI Program in Portugal. We help our clients to take advantage of opportunities related to the performance of people in their work processes. To do this, we develop fundamental skills, activate people’s potential, and promote effectiveness and efficiency necessary for the sustainability of organizations.

Agata Pawlukojc
Agata is founder of Instituto TWI. Since 2016 she has been implementing TWI in Portugal and, in collaboration with others TWI Institute Partners, around the world. Agata is TWI Institute Master Trainer in TWI Job Instruction and Job Relations, and Certified Trainer and Coach of TWI Job Methods, Job Safety, Problem Solving and Standardized Work.
