When The University of Kansas Health System set out to improve its pharmacy training program, it set in motion a project that would ultimately reshape the organization’s entire approach to training and leadership development. Inspired by principles rooted in Training Within Industry (TWI), the health system built a formal, scalable approach to staff training that emphasizes clarity, consistency and safety.
