Job Instruction Trainer Development – Virtual (February 2026)

Description

Facilitated by a Certified Master Trainer, the TWI Job Instruction 40-hour Trainer Development course creates ability to deliver the Job Instruction 10-hour program in the well-established TWI Train-the-Trainer format. The program is standardized following the Job Instruction Training Delivery Manual to ensure consistency of content, but flexible enough to foster a positive and supportive learning environment for each participant. Class sizes are kept small (4-6) to allow substantial one-on-one interaction with the Master Trainer. Upon completion, you will be able to confidently and skillfully deliver the Job Instruction 10-hour course. This course is presented live and online. Registration deadline is February 4th.
