TWI Summit

In the spring of 2007, the first annual TWI Summit was held with 120 lean practitioners, company leadership, training professionals, and association leadership attending. The Summit made history by being the largest gathering of TWI proponents in more than 60 years! The energy in the air was almost tangible as participants heard from presenters who've demonstrated remarkable success through their own TWI programs. The highlight of the Summit was the closing general session led by John Shook. John's personal insights into his time with Toyota, and his own experiences with TWI, tied everything together as only first-hand experience can.
