Training the Trainers

To most effectively spread the TWI program and benefit the largest number of companies possible, the TWI Institute focuses on training trainers. Train-the-Trainer (TTT) courses in 40-hour week long formats are offered for each TWI module; Job Relations, Job Instruction, Job Methods and Job Safety. These Certified Trainers will then train others in the 10-hour “J” program classes spreading TWI throughout their companies or, in the case of independent trainers, throughout many client businesses.
